The History

REVOLVERSE, better known as Core Fighters between me and my friends, begins as an idea of creating my own card game, at the start of 2020 (I was always fond of card games and recently found the Homemade TCG Community).

From there, the rules and design evolved many times!
With it, I also created its own universe, with its own characters and expansive lore!
...but in the end, the game itself never got fully finished on paper: all because of a faulty hard disk, and my foolishness.

Then, the Bossfight 2025 gamejam came. I just wanted to make a classic bossrush game: maybe an arcade styled one, or a very simple 3D soulslike. But then, the theme was revealed:
SPIN.
At that moment, I knew it. It was like everything aligned in the perfect position, like a message from the universe. My card game had the spinning mechanic - my card game had bosses - and my card game really needed to be made a reality.

So, with no experience in making card game simulators, and the perfect excuse for myself, I embarked on this journey of trying to finally make my card game see the light of day!

You

Now I need YOUR help to make this work! I will need all the possible info about the "fun" factor of the game:
Is it good? Is it bad? Why? Do you have any suggestions?

Let me know! If there is a thing need, those are constructive critiques! That's how I can grow my game into a finished product! 😊

I have just finished the game, it was really a fabolous experience. the rotation mechanic is really well implemented, if you continue the game outside of the game jam it would be even more cool. The cards are balanced very well and I see a real study on this balance
